Fee Structure
Commission Rate
Our professional fee is compliant with the Auction Sales Act, PNDCL 230.

- Usually 7% of gross sale (as per statutory schedule)
- Or as approved by client/agreement
- Flat rate or hybrid models available upon request
No Up-front Fees
Phoenix Auction Services operates a performance-only payment system. We only get paid when the auction succeeds.
All advertising and operational arrangements are agreed with the client before commencement.
